Similar to a Homeowners policy but without any coverage for a Dwelling or Outbuilding
Instead of being packaged like a Homeowners policy, the coverages are all separate and include Dwelling, Other Structures, Personal Property, Loss of use/Loss of Rents, Liability, and Medical Payments
Coverages are commonly referred to as “Liability” or “Full Coverage”. “Liability” coverages include the actual Liability for bodily injury and property damage, Medical Payments, and Uninsured or Underinsured Motorist. Antique and Classic
An amount of Liability insurance, generally starting at $1,000,000 and offered in additional $1,000,000 increments, this policy will start to cover above the underlying Automobile and property coverages. Coverages and terms vary by company
Similar to an Auto policy with coverages for Bodily injury and property damage Liability, Medical Payments, Uninsured Motorist, and Coverage for Comprehensive and Collision coverages, however there is generally the option of covering Liability for a passenger, trip liability and customized equipment coverage.
Coverage for Liability, Medical Payments and uninsured Boaterist as well as physical damage to the boat. This policy may cover use on fresh water or salt water or both, and may limit the area that it covers to a set distance from shore or just Maine or certain allowable states
Similar to an Auto policy with Liability, Medical Payments and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist, and physical damage, it is often rated by the type of use such as how many weeks a year it is used, and whether it is set up in a campground year-round.
Rated by the type of vehicle and number of ccs in the engine, it typically covers Liability types of coverage and physical damage to the unit itself
Not covered under a typical Homeowners policy, this adds coverage for the furniture and computer and file cabinets used in the business as well as Liability for people coming to the property to do business. Typically this is used in the event of a Home Office type use with little client traffic. These policies vary greatly in the coverages provided.
